We are looking for a software trainer to join our implementation team. This person will learn our extensive retail software and train clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years experience who is looking for a key opportunity with responsibility and growth.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:
- Work with clients and internal employees to schedule training sessions.
-Train new and existing clients on our advanced retail software, either on-site or remotely.
-Create user manuals, tips for clients, and other tools to assist clients in using our software.
-Maintain excellent client relations and communications at all times.
-Initiate an on-line training program for remote sessions.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
-Technical/Software experience
-Training experience
-Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
-4-year degree from accredited University
-Willingness to travel (20% domestic travel)
-Eagerness to learn and grow with a stable, successful company
-Team Player
-Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
